Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy is published by Feras Bin Hussain, trading as Hayak Bots ("we", "us", "our") — the developer, publisher, and legal entity responsible for the products below. Feras Bin Hussain is also the developer name shown on our Google Play and Apple App Store listings.

This policy applies to:

• LegionMate — our mobile app for Android (Google Play app ID / package name com.hayak.legionmate) and iOS (bundle ID com.hayak.legionmate), published by Feras Bin Hussain.
• Hayak Bots — our website and web platform at https://www.hayak-bots.com, including the LegionMate web app.
• Our Discord bots operated under the Hayak Bots / LegionMate names and added to Discord servers.

The service providers we rely on are: Google (Google Play Billing for Android purchases, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, and Google Sign-In), Apple (App Store purchases and Sign in with Apple), RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management), Stripe (web payments), and Discord (Discord login and bot features). Each processes data only as needed to provide the service.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Discord Data

Our Discord bot may access and store certain Discord server data necessary for functionality, including:

• Server configuration and settings
• Channel information
• User messages (only when using translation features)
• Member information (for welcome messages and reminders)

This data is used solely for providing bot services and is not shared with third parties.

6. LegionMate Mobile App Data

The LegionMate app (com.hayak.legionmate) accesses, collects, and uses the following data:

• Account information — your email address and display name, whether you register with an email and password or sign in with Google, Apple, or Discord. Used to create and secure your account.
• Alliance and game content you enter — in-game nickname, alliance/team membership, event registrations, schedules, and messages you post. Used to provide the app's core features and shared with the alliance members you join.
• Push notification token — a device token issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) or Apple Push Notification service (iOS). Used only to deliver the alerts you enable, and deleted when you sign out or disable notifications.
• Device and app information — app version, operating system version, device model, and language. Used for compatibility, troubleshooting, and crash diagnosis.
• Purchase information — subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store through RevenueCat. We receive a purchase and entitlement record only; we never receive or store your card or payment credentials.
• Photos and images — only the files you explicitly select to upload, such as an avatar or a screenshot shared with your alliance. The app does not scan or browse your photo library in the background.

LegionMate does not collect precise location, contacts, SMS, call logs, or audio, and we do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time, from within the LegionMate app (Settings → Delete Account) or on the web at https://www.hayak-bots.com/en/delete-account. Deleting your account removes your profile, alliance memberships, registrations, and push notification tokens. Records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase and tax records, are retained for the period required by law. You may also email support@hayak-bots.com to request deletion.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your information
• Opt-out of certain data collection
• Export your data

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our website and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
